Order Processing

At luxorflow, we prioritize efficiency and reliability in every order. Our fulfillment team processes all purchases within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically dispatched the same day, ensuring your items move quickly toward you. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. Should any unforeseen delays occur—such as inventory shortages or carrier disruptions—we will notify you promptly and provide an updated timeline.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer a range of shipping options tailored to your schedule and budget. All delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date, to provide accurate expectations. During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, holiday season), delivery windows may extend slightly, but we strive to maintain transparency through proactive updates.

International Shipping

luxorflow proudly ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries. International orders are dispatched within our standard processing window and typically arrive 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance processes. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before ordering, as luxorflow cannot reimburse for items refused at customs. For customers in remote areas, additional carrier surcharges may apply and will be communicated before shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your package’s journey in real time. If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team at support@luxorflow.com. We partner with major carriers that provide reliable scanning and delivery confirmation, ensuring your package is always accounted for. For lost or delayed shipments, we will initiate a trace and work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes

We understand that mistakes happen. To ensure accurate delivery, address change requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email us at support@luxorflow.com with your order number and the corrected address. After this window, orders have already entered our fulfillment process, and we cannot guarantee modifications. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges will apply. We recommend double-checking your shipping details at checkout to avoid delays.
